Ad Age Shares How MDLIVE Lured Millennials Back to Telehealth

Partners + Napier was recognized in the Creative Data category for its work with leading national telehealth provider MD Live. The winning campaign focused on “driven millennials” who demand immediacy in every aspect of their lives, highlighting virtual care as a more convenient alternative to urgent care clinics.

To overcome targeting limitations and efficiently reach the driven millennial audience in areas that had access to MD Live, the Partners + Napier Media Group designed a custom algorithm that sorted DMAs into groups for prioritization — driving a 19% annual increase in visits.
